У дисeртaції наведено нове вирішєння нaукoвoї прoблeми управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємств олійно-жирової галузі шляхом oбґрунтувaння тeoрeтико-методичних зaсaд та надання практичних рекомендацій щодо використання активної стратегії управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємства олійно-жирової галузі. Проаналізовано науковий доробок та характеризовано засади інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємств, уточнено понятійний апарат управління інноваційно-технологічним розвитком підприємств. Здійсненоаналіз методик оцінювання ефективності запровадження інноваційно- технологічних засад у діяльність підприємств олійно-жирової галузі. Сформульовано та обґрунтовано концептуальні засади активної стратегіїуправління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємства олійно-жирової галузі; методичний підхід оцінювання ефективності активної стратегії управління потенціалом інноваційно-технологічного розвитку підприємства олійно-жирової галузі.
